RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND
CREATIONS FROM THE ORAN STORE


All personalized items are made to order one by one, including t-shirts, mugs, key chains, bottles, bags, wallets, etc. Therefore, review all item specifications before purchasing.

The Oran Store hopes you love your purchases. As items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time. Please review each item and its description before purchasing, including sizes and sizing guides.

Customized Items that “do not fit” when received are not eligible for return.

Items classified as The Oran Store collection can be exchanged based on size, and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the item to be exchanged and also for the shipping cost of the new item. (A payment link will be issued).

Please contact our team at theoranstore@theoranstore.com. DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEM BEFORE RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS TO DO SO.


DAMAGED ITEMS:

Damaged items must be reported within three days of receiving your order. Please contact us at theoranstore@theoranstore.com and forward photos of any damage you notice.

Variation in color of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photographic effects are not considered damaged.


LOST PACKAGES:

The Oran Store is NOT responsible for packages after the carrier has marked it as delivered. The customer assumes full responsibility once packages leave our care, this is the industry standard. The Oran Store is NOT responsible for packages lost or stolen after leaving our store.



SHIPMENTS:
All products are customized in London, England and are dispatched within 2-3 days. UK delivery is 1-2 days (Royal Mail Tracked 48).
